Rebecca Sharley lives in the Inner West of Sydney, Australia, with her husband, her daughter and her two cats.

Rebecca trained and worked as a primary school educator with a focus on literacy intervention, before shifting into resource and curriculum development. At Rebecca Sharley Writes, she provides writing and editing services across a range of topics.

Her areas of expertise include developing resources and curriculum accessible for those with neurodiverse brains, researching local history and family history through a wide range of databases, proofreading manuscripts, curriculum and resources, and producing high quality copywriting content.

Through running kids’ ministry training sessions, Rebecca has developed a ‘how to’ guide for kids’ ministry in churches, now published as God’s Family Now: A New Look at Kids’ Ministry.

Rebecca has written in a range of genres from educational to devotional, professional to kid-friendly, and regularly contributes writing to a number of places on the internet, including Growing Faith and Mamamia.
